Amber Beila Beauty is seeking a motivated Beauty Advisor in Singapore to provide professional skincare consultations, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through personalized recommendations and excellent service.

The role focuses on advising clients, recommending treatments, and delivering a high-quality customer experience at our flagship outlets near MRT stations. Prior beauty retail experience is preferred, with strong Mandarin language skills a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, retail, or sales-related environments.
• Experience in client consultation and recommending suitable treatment packages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Confidence in sales and ability to engage customers to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments and packages based on clients’ needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty
• Understand clients’ concerns and deliver personalized beauty and skincare recommendations
