Job summary

United Overseas Bank is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support account opening processing for the Sales Team in Singapore. You will enter data accurately and assist with KYC checks and reporting.

This contract role involves supporting CASA KYC Name Screening, World Check governance, AML controls, and updating account and card statuses. You will collaborate with the Wealth Banking team to ensure timely processing and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma with at least 1 year in banking.
• Open to contract role.
• Experience with KYC processes and AML controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily account openings for the Sales Team.
• Support CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check with Governance & Control.
• Perform AML and KRCSA checks.
• Prepare and provide timely sales reports and tracking.
• Update account and card status for Sales submissions.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• In Wealth Banking: daily processing of account opening and servicing transactions.
