Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, proven retail banking leadership, and strong people skills to coach staff, manage sales targets, and maintain high governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking or related field.
• Proven retail banking leadership with branch experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations including sales, customer service and admin tasks.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.
• Foster a customer-centric culture with high service standards.
• Coach and mentor branch staff, supporting development and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships and expand existing portfolios.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and report to senior management.
• Address customer feedback and service issues promptly.
• Drive growth through proactive sales initiatives and relationship management.
