Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a capable retail supervisor to support daily store operations in Singapore. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and guiding the sales team in day-to-day activities.

You will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with policies. A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail with strong leadership and communication skills is expected.

• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and store operations experience.
• Sales-driven with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: UP $4200 + Comms (Individual & Store) (Gross $6k++)
Working Hours: Retail Hours (8 days off per month)
