Job summary

PEOPLE ADVANTAGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Supervisor to support daily store operations, lead the sales team, and help achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will oversee merchandising, coaching staff, implement engagement initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies. Minimum 3 years in luxury retail with supervisory experience is required; strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary: UP $4200 + Comms (Individual & Store) (Gross $6k++)

Working Hours: Retail Hours (8 days off per month)

What Are We Looking For?
