Myphysio Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, handle payments and insurance verification, and support clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires front-desk hospitality, accuracy in data handling, and collaboration with healthcare staff within a boutique physiotherapy clinic near Botanic Gardens in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills demonstrated through patient interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin or dialect is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum education level of GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly to create a welcoming clinic environment.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information to callers.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details for records and billing.
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and healthcare staff to support patient care and clinic operations.
• Manage sensitive patient data with attention to confidentiality.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and reports.
• Learn and adapt to electronic medical records and billing software.
• Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Cover additional workdays as needed, maintaining scheduling flexibility.
