Job summary

Health Sciences Authority is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to anchor Board Governance, Leadership Engagement and Organisation Development. You will back the Board operations, ensure governance and compliance, and collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen alignment and leadership capabilities.

You will design initiatives that shape culture, deepen employee engagement, and support the organisation through change.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and public sector frameworks.
Experience designing and facilitating engagement sessions and culture-building initiatives.
Excellent writing skills for papers, minutes and communications.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with rigour and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Serve as Secretariat to the HSA Board, plan meeting cycles, prepare agendas, board papers and minutes, and track resolutions.
Design and implement leadership engagement strategies to cascade priorities and align units.
Develop and drive organisation development interventions across internal comms, wellbeing, and corporate social responsibility.
Oversee governance of research activities and ensure compliance with policies.
Contribute to staff communications, including production of the staff newsletter.
