CIMB Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive BNPL loan sales with merchant partners. You will lead outdoor and telesales efforts, promote BNPL solutions, and act as the primary contact for assigned merchants while gathering feedback to improve product positioning and customer experience.

Formación

• GCE O Level or equivalent
• Prior experience promoting unsecured loans is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed monthly BNPL loan sales targets
• Conduct outdoor and telesales to acquire new merchants
• Promote BNPL solutions and explain features to merchants
• Build relationships with BNPL partners and referrals
• Serve as main contact for assigned merchants
• Gather feedback to improve product positioning and client experience
• Understand merchant financing needs and recommend BNPL solutions
• Explain repayment structure, tenure and eligibility
• Expand merchant accounts by increasing outlet coverage and POS/digital touchpoints
• Develop long-term partnerships with merchants and co-create campaigns
• Keep up to date with BNPL market trends and competitors
• Maintain sales pipeline and monitor partner performance
• Ensure compliance with regulator guidelines and internal policies
