Job summary

XUAN-U INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Lead BMS Project Manager to steer design, development, and deployment of Building Management Systems across chiller/HVAC, security, and fire alarm integrations. You will prepare P&ID diagrams, write and test BMS software, and create comprehensive manuals.

Candidate will lead engineering teams, manage on-site operations, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet performance goals. Travel and 24/7 on-call support are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing service operations and/or engineering projects in building environment.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and to work a 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Recognized engineering degree from a reputable university.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and teams to meet financial and operational goals.
• Design and develop software for BMS including HVAC, security, fire alarm integration.
• Prepare P&ID diagrams for chiller systems and BMS documentation.
• Write, debug, and test code to control and integrate with BMS systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify BMS requirements and specs.
• Develop manuals for BMS, including code, logic diagrams, and configurations.
• Manage and develop staff to improve team performance.
• Implement programs for efficient department operations and on-call coverage.
• Evaluate performance and apply corrective actions to improve results.
• Apply knowledge of Honeywell/Siemens BMS (CPO/EBI/DesigoCC) to optimize systems.
• Use Niagara 4 and cloud computing to support BMS solutions.
