Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC, BMS/CCMS upgrade programs and integration within live facilities. You will coordinate DDC migration, testing and handover, ensuring minimal disruption and robust documentation.

The role requires deep HVAC and controls knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on commissioning expertise to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale HVAC, CCMS upgrades or modernization projects.
• HVAC certifications and project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Hands‑on experience with BMS/BAS/CCMS, DDC migration and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and Niagara N4 platforms.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a live operational environment and ensure handover.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, and performance verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCMS modernization programme across CLIENT in a live operational environment.
• Plan and manage BMS/BAS/CCMS upgrade and migration activities from design through handover.
• Coordinate DDC migration, testing, commissioning, defect rectification and cutover planning.
• Review control architecture, network topology, sequences of operation, and commissioning records.
• Coordinate integration using BACnet, Modbus and Niagara N4 with HVAC equipment and third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with BMS/BAS/CCMS, DDC migration and system integration.
• Ensure proper handover including as-built documentation, licenses, training, and support arrangements.
