Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma-qualified engineer to assist in the design, planning, and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects island-wide.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants and clients to ensure drawings, installation and site activities meet standards. Training will be provided for candidates with limited relevant experience, with a 5-day work week and standard 8:30am–5:30pm hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS projects desirable.
• Exposure to BMS or data centre projects advantageous.
• Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and clients on project requirements and site activities.
• Review project drawings and ensure the latest approved drawings are used for installation works.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and assist with project scheduling and cost control.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, project documentation and site records.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical, installation and site coordination issues.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Inspect completed works and follow up on defects or non-conformance issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and according to customer requirements.
