Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced BMS engineer to design, develop, and implement software solutions for building management systems including chiller plants, HVAC, security, and fire alarm.

The role involves designing P&ID diagrams, gathering requirements with the engineering team, and integrating code with the existing BMS network. Responsibilities include writing, debugging, and testing software, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and creating manuals for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy related Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience in the development of BMS for Chiller plants.
Proven track record delivering BMS projects on time and within scope.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations for chiller plants.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement software solutions for BMS including chiller systems, HVAC, security and fire alarm.
Design P&ID diagrams.
Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specifications for BMS.
Write, debug and test code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve BMS related issues.
Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and configurations.
