Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and BMS/CCMS upgrade projects in a live environment in Singapore.

You will coordinate design through handover, manage interfaces with third-party systems, and ensure minimal disruption to operations. The role requires 5+ years in project management for HVAC and controls, knowledge of BACnet/Modbus/Niagara N4, and strong communication with facilities, IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/controls upgrades.
• HVAC certifications and PMP is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Strong understanding of controls, sequences, testing and commissioning.
• Experience leading CCMS modernization in live environments.
• Coordination of DDC migration, testing, and cutover planning.
• Review of control architecture, topology, and commissioning records.
• Hands-on experience with BACnet, Modbus and Niagara N4 platforms.
• Awareness of OT cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CCMS modernization across CLIENT in a live environment.
• Plan and manage BMS/BAS/CCMS upgrade activities from design to handover.
• Coordinate DDC migration, commissioning, and defect rectification.
• Review documents, test plans and commissioning records.
• Coordinate integration with HVAC equipment and third-party systems.
• Ensure operational readiness, training, and handover documentation.
• Maintain schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure safety, permit-to-work, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors and contractors in live operations.
