Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking engineers to design, install and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) at a project site in Singapore. You will monitor and optimize ACMV and BMS operations to improve energy efficiency and system performance.

The role involves developing automation control sequences and collaborating with contractors and owner teams to ensure quality installation and timely completion.

Qualifications

Knowledge in BMS is preferred.
Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of BMS is desirable.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ACMV and BMS operations for energy efficiency and system performance.
Develop and implement automation control sequences, logic diagrams, and software.
Design graphics in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, owner teams to ensure quality installation and timely completion.
Support energy management initiatives and drive operational improvements.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs for project and ISO 19000 requirement.
