Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS System.
• Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall project management and schedule for ACMV Project.
• Manage and lead a team of engineers and contractors.
• Control project budget and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare monthly payment and variation order submissions.
• Conduct regular site meetings and manage testing & commissioning.
