Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled BMS/ACMV project engineer to support planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution of projects. You will review specifications, size systems, select equipment, prepare BOMs and shop drawings while coordinating with consultants, architects, contractors and clients on technical matters and site activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with BMS/ACMV experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
BMS/ACMV experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Support project planning, budgeting, cost control, scheduling and execution of BMS/ACMV projects.
Review technical specifications, perform system sizing, equipment selection, BOM preparation and shop drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors and clients on technical matters and site activities.
Monitor project progress, site installation, testing, commissioning, FAT and troubleshooting to ensure timely completion.
Handle material/subcontractor sourcing, variation orders and technical documentation per project and ISO requirements.
Design and implement BMS control sequences, logic, graphics and automation solutions to optimise system performance and energy efficiency.
