Job summary

Flare Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced consultant to support BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) and TrueSight platforms after go-live. You will keep the environment stable, resolve issues, run upgrades, and help customers maximize value from monitoring and AIOps.

You will provide L2/L3 support, configure event correlation, build dashboards, plan patches, and manage integrations with ITSM, cloud services, and third‑party tools. Weekend/on‑call shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in IT operations, monitoring or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with BHOM or TSOM essential.
• Experience doing platform upgrades, patching and migrations.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Linux and Windows.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus or Azure Monitor.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear English communication.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or similar.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and on‑call when needed.

• Work directly with customers on issues, KPIs, reporting and improvements.
• Help customers adopt HelixGPT and Intelligent Automation where relevant.
