Job summary

Vazyme in Singapore is seeking a bioscience sales professional to maintain and grow scientific research customers. You will manage customer relations, formulate sales plans, process orders, and ensure timely payments while achieving targets.

You will own end-to-end sales activities—from lead generation to contract signing to order processing and AR collection—while building trust through regular visits, in-person and virtual, with universities, labs, pharma, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in biology, medicine, food or related fields.
• PhD preferred.
• Experience in biotechnology industry.
• English communication capability.
• Strong execution and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop scientific research customers in Singapore.
• Formulate sales plan, carry out product sales, process orders, and collect payments.
• End-to-End Sales Management: lead generation, negotiation, contract signing, order processing, and AR collection.
• Maintain relationships through regular sales visits (in-person and virtual).
• Develop new business and customers across universities, research institutes, pharma, animal testing centers, and distributors.
• Conduct market research on local biotech trends and report insights to the team.

Job description

• Responsible for maintaining and developing scientific research customers in Singapore, managing and maintaining customer relations;
• Formulate and complete the sales plan, carry out product sales, process orders and complete payment collection, and achieve the expected goal;
• End-to-End Sales Management: Independently manage end-to-end sales activities, responsible for lead generation, business negotiation, contract signing, order processing, and subsequent accounts receivable collection.
• Multi-Dimensional Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, building deep trust through regular sales visits (both in-person and virtual), tailored communication, and proactive support.
• Omni-Channel Business Development: Actively pursue and develop new business and customers, covering academic research clients (universities, research institutes, key laboratories), industrial corporate clients (life science companies, pharma, animal testing centers), and local distributor/agent channels.
• Industry and Competitor Market Research: Regularly investigate and analyze industry trends within the local market, monitor competitors' activities (such as product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning), and report market insights back to the team.

Qualifications:
