Miltenyi Biotec in Singapore seeks a field service professional to handle warranty and contract service maintenance, diagnosing complex malfunctions and taking corrective actions to restore systems promptly.

You will prepare, update and maintain logs, equipment performance data, service records and parts usage, while supporting installation, preventive maintenance, operation, validation, training and repair services across Miltenyi products.

Competenze

• Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or a technical field.
• 2–5 years of equipment support in biotech/medical instrumentation.
• Experience with field service repair and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography.

Mansioni

• Install, perform preventive maintenance, operation, and validation of Miltenyi products.
• Provide training, repair services, and warranty support.
• Schedule maintenance calls and perform customer visits.
• Review service contracts with sales to align with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of service activities.
• Travel within assigned geography to service sites.
