Job summary

Esco in Singapore is seeking a Bioprocess Equipment Sales Executive to drive new business development, manage client relationships, and sustain a robust sales pipeline for ESCO Bioengineering.

You will discuss bioprocessing solutions, translate customer needs into proposals, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with KOLs to promote applications and document case studies. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s business model and promote bioprocessing solutions to prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide necessary support to clients.
• Identify and recommend new business opportunities and service improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and understand the fundamentals of cell culture and related bioprocessing procedures.
• Conduct initial technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and translate requirements into quotation proposals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant institutions. Collaborate with domestic and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to establish product application processes, publish technical literature, and develop successful application case studies to support product promotion.
• Prepare proposals and presentation materials with support from the technical team, including information gathering, analysis, and data consolidation.
• Draft contracts, collaboration agreements, and service agreements with customers.
• Maintain service quality standards in accordance with company expectations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management based on project requirements.
