Who we’re looking for

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific data and publications
• Ability to author or review protocols, technical reports and technology transfer documents.
• Ability to author or review standard operating procedures and other related documents.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Report To:

Selected candidate will report to CEO and others as assigned.

The Scope

You will be part ofEsco Aster’s Sales & Marketing team and contribute towards the overall sitemission and objectives. You will work on researching prospects and generatingleads and providing support to existing and prospective clients. You will beresponsible for maintaining existing client relationships, developing potentialclients into paying clients and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline for thecompany.

You will also begiven additional tasks as part of the start-up phase of the facility withexpanded scope of work depending on the business needs.

Primary worklocation: Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients byproviding support.
• Researching and recommending newopportunities and service improvements.
• Understand company’s business models andpitch company’s bioprocess services to potential clients
• Willing to learn and understand cellculture and the fundamentals of the bioprocessing steps
• Engage in early technical discussionswith clients to understand their process requirements clearly and translatethem into service proposals.
• Understand and be up to date with the latestindustry trends and maintain working relationship with relevant agencies
• Prepare proposals andpresentations bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing information with support fromtechnical team as required.
• Prepare contracts, collaboration and serviceagreements with clients.
• Maintain quality service by establishingand enforcing organization standards.
• To undertakeother tasks as assigned based on project needs.

Requirements

• Diploma orBachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or related disciplines.
• Relevantexperience in the scientific or engineering industry highly preferred.
