Job summary

GSK invites applicants to join the Attach and Train Programme (AnT) in Singapore, a 15-month structured on-the-job training path designed to build a pipeline of biopharmaceutical manufacturing professionals. Trainees gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to GMP environments within a world-class facility.

The programme welcomes fresh graduates and mid-career individuals who are passionate about a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with eligibility restricted to Singapore

Qualifications

NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Bio-processing related disciplines.
Willingness to work 12-hour shift operations.
Exposure to GMP/EHS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set-up, maintain and repair Pilot Plant Equipment and Instrument to maximise plant availability.
Trouble-shoot and repair instruments and equipment in the Pilot Plant.
Coordinate external resources for troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Perform routine maintenance activities and ensure work complies with GMP requirements.
