Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline Singapore invites applications for the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on-the-job training path designed to develop future leaders in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Trainees gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cGMP operations within Value Stream teams at Singapore sites.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields of study.
Strong interest in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Willingness to learn and develop leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor value stream activities to ensure reliable operation of processes and equipment.
Identify improvements to plant facilities and processes to achieve target production levels in cGMP, quality, safety and environment requirements.
Lead or support investigations using problem-solving tools to determine root causes and implement CAPA.
