Qualifications

• PhD/Master/Bachelor’s in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Molecular Biology, or related fields.
• Strong genomics & molecular biology domain knowledge in plant, mammalian, microbial, or oncology systems.
• Bioinformatics stack experience: IGV, BLAST, BWA/other aligners; GenBank/Ensembl.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize qPCR assays for various applications.
• Analyze genomic data to support target selection and assay development.
• Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and workflow automation.
• Maintain version-controlled repositories and documentation for reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and support.
