Job summary

Tiong Seng Holdings Limited is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the BIM Manager across project lifecycles, ensuring accurate models and documentation for construction and fabrication. You will work with Revit and Navisworks to generate deliverables and coordinate across teams.

The role requires 2–3 years local construction experience and proficiency in BIM tools, with travel to project sites as needed. This is a full-time on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E Discipline, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of local experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software and tools.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models based on contract and construction drawings, coordination inputs, and latest project information to maintain model accuracy.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of BIM models to support project requirements and deliverables.
• Generate detailed documentation and shop drawings derived from BIM models for construction and fabrication purposes.
• Produce BIM deliverables that support construction, documentation, and fabrication workflows.
• Configure BIM models with correct parameters and attributes to enable BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation for project planning.
• Enhance BIM models with parameters for advanced deliverables including 5D progress evaluation and 6D asset and facility management.
• Identify and report discrepancies in BIM models to BIM Coordinators for resolution.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support BIM-related activities and coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support BIM management and project delivery

Job Summary

Support the BIM Manager by developing and maintaining BIM models throughout project lifecycles to ensure quality and accuracy, enabling effective construction documentation, coordination, and advanced BIM deliverables.
