Job summary

PAID STUDIO LLP in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM-focused projects and ensure compliance with Singapore BIM Standards, maintaining high delivery quality across disciplines.

You will write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). You will coordinate with clients and consultants, mentor the BIM team, and train staff in BIM processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM Standards.
• Ability to lead multiple BIM projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.
• Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans for consistency and quality.

• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.
• Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
