Job summary

GA Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Lead to oversee project-specific BIM Execution Plans and coordinate collaboration across consultants and subcontractors in Singapore. Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Construction, BIM-related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of BIM experience within a main contractor environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for Architecture and Structure, Navisworks, and clash detection software.
• Strong attention to detail and self-driven work ethic with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage BIM responsibilities autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans to guide BIM processes and standards.
• Maintain and update precise BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to support design and construction activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth BIM collaboration.
• Chair regular BIM meetings with subcontractors' BIM representatives to identify and resolve model clashes effectively.
• Oversee BIM data exchange processes to ensure accurate and timely information sharing among project teams.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, and section drawings derived from BIM models to support site progress and construction needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawing production aligned with site progress requirements.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards and Levels of Development to maintain model quality and consistency.
• Prepare accurate and complete as-built BIM models for handover to facility management teams or clients, including all necessary documentation.
• Develop and run 4D/5D simulations to support project scheduling and cost analysis.
• Prepare BIM models for clash detection coordination to identify and mitigate design conflicts early.
• Apply knowledge of local construction regulations to ensure BIM compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc BIM-related tasks necessary to support project progression and stakeholder needs.
