Job summary

NEWRICH DEVELOPMENT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across all projects in Singapore.

You will develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan, set up the common data environment, and manage model federation and clash detection. The role requires a degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering, at least 5 years in BIM with 2 in a lead capacity, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360, plus familiarity with BCA submission requirements and the Singapore BIM

Qualifications
