Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller (Structural / Architectural) to join our City Hall project team in Singapore.

You will create detailed 3D Revit models and 2D shop drawings for architectural and structural trades, coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM data to ensure accuracy and constructability. You will perform clash detection, extract shop drawings from BIM models for site construction, and update models to reflect as-built conditions for final handover and project

Qualifications

Prepare detailed 3D Revit models and 2D shop/working drawings for architectural and structural trades.
Perform clash detection checks and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models.
Extract shop drawings directly from BIM models for site construction.
Update models to reflect as-built conditions for final project completion and handover.
