Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural) to work closely with the project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans, maintaining BIM standards and workflow, and preparing design and construction documentation.

Requirements include a Degree or Diploma and a minimum of 2 years' BIM Modeller experience, with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, and good interpersonal abilities for BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years BIM Modeller experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software.
• Well-versed in Autodesk Revit BIM software.
• Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, implement and monitor workplans with the project management team.
• Maintain BIM standards and workflows.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project/construction teams and check clashes.
• Handle project coordination.
• Utilize BIM software including AutoDesk Revit, AutoCAD.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.
