Job summary

BIMXITY PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Architect/Engineer to create precise Architectural Revit (BIM) models and generate detailed plan, elevation, section and detail drawings for tender and construction.

The role requires enforcing BIM standards, coordinating across multiple projects in Singapore, and delivering high-quality shop drawings on time while collaborating with stakeholders and teams. A relevant degree and 3+ years' BIM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in projects involving C&S, Reinforcement/Architectural/Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models.
• Experience with HDB BTO projects preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend architectural and structural construction documents.
• Capable of completing models and shop drawings in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Graduate of a recognized technical school or program.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge in Bentley Open Building Designer and Dynamo an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create precise and well-organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
• Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes.
• Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats.
• Efficiently manage and coordinate activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the coordination process, data exchange, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
• Have experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore Construction Industry.
