Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller to produce architectural and structural shop drawings using Revit, and to ensure designs meet construction requirements.

You will provide BIM coordination support to the project team, extract data from 3D models, and develop as-built drawings for handover upon project completion. Role includes developing tender drawings and attending BIM meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural/structural) using Revit and ensure conformance with design and construction details.
• Provide BIM coordination support to Project Team with accurate information for construction.
• Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop-drawings and resolve drawing discrepancies with Engineering Dept. & Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant needs/requests.
• Develop As-built drawings for submission/handing over to client/consultants at project completion.
• Assist with Tender Bids/Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Attend Technical/BIM meetings when required.
• Ensure all required drawings are completed on-time.
