AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE. LTD. invites skilled BIM professionals to join our team in Singapore.

You will develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specs and design docs, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture, BIM certificate, and at least 2 years of AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling. You will perform clash detection and produce BIM documentation, with independent, motivated work

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture or equivalent.
Possess BIM certificate.
Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Revit modelling.
Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M&E).
Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings.
Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during the construction phase.
Prepare and present 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders.
Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software.
