Job summary

NIPPON BUILDERS PTE. LTD invites a BIM Engineer to join our Singapore-based team.

You will apply BIM software and modelling techniques, particularly Revit, to develop precise building models for architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. You will collaborate with project management to plan BIM deliverables, maintain BIM standards, prepare design and construction documentation, and coordinate with construction teams to manage submissions and resolve clashes.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction disciplines.
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software for BIM modeling and drafting.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience in building construction and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Apply BIM software and modelling techniques, including AutoDesk Revit, to develop accurate building models across disciplines.
• Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM deliverables.
• Maintain and enforce BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, and changes, resolving clashes across disciplines.
• Facilitate project coordination to ensure smooth BIM integration and timely delivery of milestones.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project execution and BIM processes.
