Job summary

LUM CHANG BUILDING CONTRACTORS PTE LTD. is seeking a BIM/3D modeller to produce shop drawings and 3D models for submission to authorities and construction teams. You will maintain accuracy of the BIM model and shop drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Tekla, MicroStation/AECOsim, and at least 3 years of relevant local construction experience. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in local construction industry
• Proficient in BIM software and shop drawings production

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D models and prepare shop drawings for submission to authorities and construction using BIM software
• Update 3D model according to latest information and ensure accuracy of shop drawings
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes
• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs
• Achieve the drawing submission schedule

Your Role

• To construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software


• Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings


• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes


• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs


• Achieve the drawing submission schedule

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)


• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla and MicroStation – AECOsim


• Experienced in production of shop drawings
