A.MAX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Drafter to prepare 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for construction projects.

You will produce accurate shop drawings and coordination drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, while ensuring compliance with project standards and schedules. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in BIM or Building Services, is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, can read technical drawings, and collaborates with project teams to incorporate design

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Understanding of BIM modelling standards and drawing coordination.

Job Summary

Prepare and develop detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D BIM models to support construction projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D technical drawings, 3D BIM models, and construction drawings aligned with project specifications
• Prepare, update, and revise shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings to reflect current project status
• Use Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software to create and manage BIM models effectively
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and site teams to ensure drawings meet all project requirements
• Identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies in BIM coordination to maintain model integrity
• Incorporate design changes and site feedback promptly into drawings and BIM models
• Prepare drawing submissions and documentation for project approvals accurately and on time
• Maintain organized drawing records and ensure compliance with company and project standards
• Attend site meetings with clients and subcontractors to present BIM models and discuss project details
• Perform additional drafting and BIM-related tasks as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Certificate in BIM, Building Services, or a related field
