Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in BIM or Building Services, is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, can read technical drawings, and collaborates with project teams to incorporate design

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in BIM, Building Services, or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Understanding of BIM modelling standards and drawing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D technical drawings and 3D BIM models aligned with project specifications.
• Prepare, update, and revise shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Use Revit and Navisworks to manage BIM models.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet requirements.
• Identify and resolve clashes in BIM coordination for model integrity.
• Incorporate design changes and site feedback into drawings and models.
• Prepare submissions and documentation for project approvals.
• Maintain organized drawing records per standards.
• Attend site meetings to present BIM models and discuss details.
• Perform additional drafting and BIM-related tasks as assigned.
