Job summary

PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Data Coordinator to manage BIM data and project templates for complex construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate architectural, structural and M&E teams, identify and resolve clashes, prepare and update drawings for submissions, and compile as-built documentation upon project completion to support accurate records and seamless handover. Job Summary

Manage and maintain BIM data and project templates to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes, prepare and update drawings for submissions, and compile as-built documentation upon project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data to meet project requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Create and update project template files to uphold BIM standards and consistency
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes effectively
• Prepare and issue transmittals for drawings to sub-contractors and for official submissions
• Update and supersede drawing revision statuses to reflect current project changes
• Compile and finalize as-built drawings upon project completion for accurate record keeping
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to support project integration
• Detail and document working drawings to facilitate construction and compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and team objectives
