Job summary

BK Consulting Engineers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a BIM professional to develop and manage 3D BIM models for C&S works using Autodesk Revit. You will produce structural drawings and coordinate with architectural and M&E teams to ensure models meet project requirements.

You will update models to reflect design changes, assist with documentation and submissions, and participate in BIM coordination meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revit/BIM software in a consultancy setting.
• Ability to prepare 3D BIM models for construction and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D BIM models for C&S works using Revit and BIM tools.
• Produce structural drawings including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, reinforcement.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural and M&E teams.
• Update BIM models and drawings per design changes.
• Assist with drawing submissions and documentation.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings as required.
