Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical information among consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Develop and maintain Revit models and convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models.
• Ensure architectural drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and LOD requirements.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project progress.
• Resolve architectural design and site coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain quality documentation and support quality inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with quality and EHS requirements.
• Assist with inspections, defect rectification, and project handover.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
