Job summary

COSMOS DECOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models and drawings for architectural, structural, and M&E projects in Singapore.

You will create 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules, and technical documentation to support project execution and construction. You will coordinate models across disciplines, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with Singapore BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years BIM modelling/drafting/technical design experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM coordination and model management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models and drawings per project specs.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules, and docs for execution.
• Coordinate BIM across disciplines to ensure design consistency.
• Conduct clash detection and constructability reviews.
• Liaise with PMs, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Maintain BIM documentation and logs throughout lifecycle.
• Support submission to clients and authorities.
