Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil & Structural BIM Modeller to support project workplans and BIM standards. You will prepare design and construction documents, coordinate with project teams, and manage BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

The role requires 2+ years of BIM experience, good interpersonal and coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate with construction teams. Changi or Kranji sites offer on-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Civil & Structural BIM Modeller.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM tools.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively with project and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project management team to support project workplans.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflows.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Coordinate with project and construction teams on submissions, updates and changes.
• Check for clashes with other disciplines and support BIM coordination.
• Handle project coordination and updates.
• Create and update BIM models using relevant BIM software.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
