Job summary

PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a BIM / Revit specialist to create and update Architectural & C&S models and prepare CBP and wall setting-out drawings for construction. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, precast suppliers and site teams to resolve clashes and update models based on RFIs and design changes.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Architecture, C&S, BIM or related field with at least 2 years of BIM/Revit experience, preferably on HDB

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, C&S, BIM or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ BIM/Revit experience, preferably in HDB projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for Architectural and/or C&S modelling.
• Able to read and understand Architectural, Structural and construction drawings.
• Experience in Navisworks/ACC and BIM coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Architectural & C&S BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare CBP and wall setting-out drawings for construction.
• Coordinate BIM models and resolve clashes/discrepancies.
• Update models based on RFI, design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, precast suppliers and site teams.
• Support BIM coordination and construction-related drawing submissions.
