Job summary

KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller skilled in Architecture, Structure and MEP to join our design team. You will build and update BIM models from tender and contract drawings, create still renders for presentations, and prepare 4D sequencing and clash-free coordination showcasing project progress.

Requires 3–5 years BIM experience, knowledge of local codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years BIM experience required.
• Well-versed in local building regulations and design codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM models from tender drawings and corrigenda.
• Produce still image renders for presentations.
• Develop 4D sequencing from master program.
• Extract quantities from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer references.
• Prepare models for coordination and shop drawings, ensuring clash-free integrity.
