Job summary

LEZE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM modeller/engineer to develop and maintain BIM models for Architecture, Structure, and MEP using Revit and other BIM tools.

The role involves preparing shop drawings and construction documents, coordinating with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure model accuracy, updating models for design changes or site conditions, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling experience.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models (Architecture / Structure / MEP) using Autodesk Revit and/or other BIM software
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documents
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy
• Update and revise models based on design changes or site conditions
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project-specific requirements
