Job summary

KIM TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM drafter to perform 3D modeling for ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection and Plumbing & Sanitary systems, focusing on MEP services. You will provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team.

Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings, updating models per engineer instructions, coordinating with site teams, and delivering monthly BIM progress reports while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM workflows for MEP projects.
• Ability to produce accurate 3D BIM models and drawings.
• Proficient in coordinating with site teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D BIM modeling for MEP services, focusing on ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Modeling for MEP Services (especially Plumbing and Sanitary Service).
• Provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built Drawings for site inspection.
• Update models based on Engineer's Instructions (EIs) from consultants.
• Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings per BIM standards.
• Develop standard installation details for the company and review them with engineers prior to submission.
• 3D Coordination & clash detection for MEP service in Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Coordinate with site engineers on detailed drawings, penetration layouts, and additional sketches required by consultants.
• Manage and submit Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for BIM coordination.
• Prepare and submit monthly BIM progress reports to the BIM Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, and documentation for the project.
