Job summary

GRACE HR SOLUTIONS in Singapore is seeking an Archi BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for major infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate data exchange and compliant deliverables for construction and authority submissions.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is essential. You will manage BIM data, generate shop drawings and coordination reports, and uphold project standards and regulatory requirements throughout

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, standards and BCA regulations.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Archi BIM Modeller Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models
• Utilize BIM software to identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes across disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or HDB projects
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations
