Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION in Singapore is seeking a BIM/CAD Draftsman to join our project team. You will develop and document BIM-models per company standards, focusing on M&E piping, ACMV, HVAC, and electrical layouts.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, prepare drawings for tenders and submissions, and ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate has BIM experience, Revit proficiency, and a proven 3 years in M&E drafting.

Qualifications

• Specialist BIM diploma preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software and BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit.
• Minimum 3 years of related drafting experience in M&E (ACMV) in Construction.

Responsibilities

• Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
• Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of piping, ACMV, HVAC, and electrical system / power plant layouts
• Create and modify existing engineering design and models
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
• Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
• Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
• Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants
