Job summary

INTAC SYSTEMS SOLUTION PTE. LTD. invites a skilled BIM Modeller to join our engineering team in Singapore.

You will develop, update and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems and prepare detailed shop and coordination drawings from design documents. Candidate should have at least 2 years of ACMV BIM modelling experience, be proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and be able to read M&E drawings while coordinating with other trades to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV BIM modelling for construction projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM coordination software such as Navisworks is advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret ACMV, architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Good knowledge of BIM modelling and coordination processes.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems based on design drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed ACMV shop drawings, layout drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
• Model ACMV ductwork, piping, equipment and related M&E services using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Coordinate ACMV services with Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, Structural and Architectural works.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using BIM coordination tools.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist the project team in resolving technical and modelling issues.
• Liaise with Project Engineers, Coordinators, Draftsmen, site teams and other consultants/subcontractors to ensure drawings and models are properly coordinated.
• Update BIM models according to site conditions, approved drawings and design changes.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and fabrication/installation drawings where required.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project standards, BIM requirements and company procedures.
• Conduct site verification where necessary to ensure the BIM model reflects actual site conditions.
• Maintain proper filing and revision control of BIM models and drawings.
• Perform other BIM/modelling duties as assigned by the Project Manager or BIM Manager.
