Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to develop and manage 3D BIM models and technical drawings for tender and project execution.

You will generate 2D drawings, schedules and documentation while ensuring BIM standards and project requirements are met. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and sales teams will be essential to resolve design issues and support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM Modelling, drafting or similar roles within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion or other rendering software is an advantage.
• Experience in BIM coordination and project workflows, particularly in industrial and hyperscale data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update 3D BIM models and technical drawings.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules and construction documentation for tender and project execution.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Conduct model reviews, quality checks and clash detection.
• Support site coordination and provide technical assistance to the Sales team for pre- and post-sales activities.
